When is this app going to be stabled?

I keep sending text messages after purchasing a text package for $5.00 and yet no one can receive my messages. I had to delete and download app. Now, i cant seem to receive verification code. In other words i have wasted my money. This keeps happening, and i feel like its ripping me off completely. I never get to use what I bought.
Its just sad because I really loved this app. I do hope you fix it. I recommended it to friends. Also maybe return unlimited txt package.
