Recently i buy 5mins credits but when i call someone it shows that i dont have credits

Im not receiving the confirmation number after I updated my app. :((

SENDING OR RECEIVING TEXTS is UNRELIABLE. Now, there are ads unlike the previous version. No time stamp on received texts. No character counter on outgoing texts. I used to get 50 free outgoing texts and now theyve cut it down to just 10 outgoing. Thats a huge drop. Linking your Facebook account will get you 50 outgoing texts, but it might be a one time thing, *not* monthly. Another thing I never liked about this app is how it forces you to update it when theres a new version out. I normally like to wait for reviews to come out before deciding whether Id like to update it or not. The new version doesnt show below when the load expires or resets at a glance; instead you now have to click on "Check Balances" to find out when it expires.

I dont like the new version anymore bring back the old version!!! Stop updating this app its nonsence anymore...not like before it is easy to use and very reliable now it doesnt work really well...

Wtf happened on the 85mins call?why it dropped from 85 to 55mins?i almost thought that this was the app for all the filipinos abroad,i almost thought this is the number 1 app us but i was wrong,not number 1 at all and definitely not cheap.

Since this was updated I cant seem to use this.I dont receive any sms ,so how am I gonna use this, Used to be 5star here

I didnt get a message for the authorization on the web site on this number also my friend tried to call me here, but it was busy all the time...

I keep sending text messages after purchasing a text package for $5.00 and yet no one can receive my messages. I had to delete and download app. Now, i cant seem to receive verification code. In other words i have wasted my money. This keeps happening, and i feel like its ripping me off completely. I never get to use what I bought. Its just sad because I really loved this app. I do hope you fix it. I recommended it to friends. Also maybe return unlimited txt package.

Im about to purchase a load, im not a text addict, Im only texting my old fashion parents that doesnt know or involve in social media, bat ganun npkmahal ata ng load nyo madali png mag expire, I love your ap, but if this becoming useless, sorry I have to un install.

Been using it for almost 2 years. Feel tired of understanding the tantrums of this app.

I tried using home wifi friends wifi and my lte but i always get disconnected. I feel this is a way to eat away at my minutes. Frustrating. Delayed sound and not the best voice quality

I tried several times, but couldnt receive verification code. It seems that the app is consist of a major error.
